My client is looking for an energetic professional who is motivated to work in a start-up, enthusiastic to create and implement programs from the scratch, think independently and contribute to their transformation journey.
Must-Haves (Required)
1. 2 years of experience in OD and overall max of 6 years experience
2. Premium education background (TISS, XLRI, IIMs, other premium schools in Chennai)
3. Experience of implementing OD interventions or improving HR processes from the scratch is a major advantage.
4. Own Performance Management, Compensation& Benefits and Business Partnering.
Good to Haves (Desired)
1. Exposure to managing Employee engagement Surveys, understanding engagement levers and conceptualizing programs to increase engagement level.
2. Exposure to improving or devising Rewards and Recognition Programs.
3. Psychology degree
4. Data orientation and analytics capabilities.
