Role/Responsibilities: The individual would be responsible for the following deliverables (but not limited to):
- Building a culture of continuous learning Culture
- Own a calendared execution of Soft/ Managerial skills for HO staff.
- Promote a culture of self-owned development through a 70-20-10 based Individual development Plan. Facilitate development through co-ownership and periodic audit of IDP for top 100 employees/ key identified talent.
- Own quality on-boarding for new joiners at HO. Drive effectiveness and efficiency through conceptualizing and developing a gamified eLearning module.
- Develop and drive Mandatory e-learning and periodic programs on Values, Compliance etc.
- Promote self-learning and e-learning. Strengthen utility of existing Learning Management system
- Partnering with key Function Leaders to ensure smooth HR processes execution for a designated employee group.
