Job Description:
- Identifying Deriving trends / gaps in development needs, alerting organization to critical areas for succession planning, etc. and following up with the HR BPs
- Guiding execution in area of responsibility of OD Initiatives and measures
- Challenging and consulting the organization regarding organizational maturity and change processes
- Steering and managing change and organizational development initiatives actively
- Consulting management, HR BPs and employees on all OD related matters.
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with country leadership teams to support development planning and succession planning at an organizational level
- Improve organizational innovative culture through Organizational Development initiatives on country level (e.g. employee survey, team building, culture development incl. values and leadership, diversity, organizational change guidance etc.)
- Manage vendors for OD initiatives and Leadership Training
Requirement:
- 8+ years of experience, minimum 5 years in OD role
- Full-time MBA-HR from Premier B-Schools
