Merger & Acquisition Specialist
Job Description: As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for driving and overseeing the successful execution of mergers, acquisitions, private equity transactions, and IPO processes. It is an individual contributor role.
Role & Responsibilities:- Deal Analysis and Strategy: Evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and investment opportunities. Develop strategic recommendations based on thorough financial analysis and market research.
- Transaction Execution: Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of M&A transactions. Collaborate with legal, finance, and other teams to ensure a smooth and compliant process.
- Due Diligence: Conduct comprehensive due diligence on target companies. Assess financial, legal, and operational aspects to identify potential risks and opportunities.
- Financial Modeling: Create complex financial models to support decision-making processes. Analyze financial statements, projections, and valuation metrics.
- Negotiation and Deal Structuring: Lead negotiations with external parties to achieve favorable terms. Structure deals to align with the company's strategic objectives.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate M&A strategies
Key Skills:- Experience: 5 to 12 yrs of relevant experience
- Education: CA/MBA
- Experience of ideation and origination in any sector with excellent understanding of Merger & Acquisition (M&A) process steps and regulatory framework
- Expertise in financial analysis, modeling & valuation
