Responsibilities :
- This role is that of an owner - every decision you make, has a consequence.
- Execution is a part of your DNA - Scouts help connect with founders, while separate teams work on constructing the right deal.
- The central team has experts across departments and will work alongside you to crack the most complicated deals - you need to know how to use their time well.
- We meet 10 founders a day, and this number is only going to continue to grow.
- Building a culture to stay ahead of the curve will be expected from the beginning.
- You have to have the heart of a lion, and take a messy early stage business and find a way to see beyond the blurry lines. We are not playing in the risk averse zone!
Requirements :
- Deal scouting - if you have mad scouting skills, we love you already!
- M&A - sector agnostic.
- Understands what building truly means and is a team player
- Mad empathy: We are a people first business, and we care about how every single founder is treated in the process of deal making.
- Always looking for growth, and a never-settle attitude.
