Job Summary:.

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team.

- The ideal candidate will be responsible for spearheading our day-to-day marketing activities, ensuring effective execution and alignment with our business objectives.

- Our company provides cutting-edge IT services and solutions across various industries, and we need a marketing expert who can effectively communicate our value proposition to a diverse B2B audience.

- The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, creative, and results-driven professional who excels in a collaborative environment, working closely with Business Unit (BU) leaders and product teams to drive brand awareness and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Campaign Management: Design, implement, and monitor effective marketing campaigns that align with our business goals across various channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

- Content Creation: Develop and oversee the production of engaging marketing content, such as blog posts, white papers, case studies, and newsletters, tailored for our target B2B audience.

- Event Coordination: Plan and execute industry events, webinars, and conferences from conception through to completion, ensuring they meet our strategic objectives and brand standards.

- Lead Generation: Utilize inbound and outbound marketing strategies to generate and nurture leads, enhancing the sales pipeline and contributing to revenue growth.

- Market Research: Conduct ongoing market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and BU leaders to create cohesive and integrated marketing strategies.

- Analytics and Reporting: Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs) to optimize future marketing strategies.

- Social Media Management: Develop and implement strategies for growing follower base and enhancing engagement on various social media platforms tailored for a B2B audience.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/masters's degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

- Minimum of 4 years of experience in marketing (both Traditional and Digital), with a proven track record in a B2B environment, preferably in the IT or technology sector.

- Strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies, and able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution.

- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.

- Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude.

- Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.

- Strong team player with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
