Purpose:

The Marketing Specialist will focus on building and enhancing the corporate and product brand value by producing engaging and informational science-based content for print and digital marketing materials and for digital initiatives including websites, mobile applications and social media. The role will require contributing content for various marketing campaigns and would involve representing the company at clinical conferences. We are looking for a self-driven and enthusiastic individual, with keen attention to detail, who will thrive in our fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with internal stakeholders (COO's Office, Clinical Development, Science & Technology, Commercial, Business Strategy) to develop content that is clear, consistent, targeted, and impactful

- Support the creation of brand identity based on the key attributes of novel products

- Build and execute the launch plan for domestic launches

- Work closely with KOLs to develop promotional campaigns

- Develop deep understanding of the patient journey to enable successful creation of patient service programs

- Maintain a strong scientific understanding of company's product range and marketplace

- Lead Campaign Management in designing and composing content for marketing campaigns, and track campaign effectiveness using marketing metrics

- Write and coordinate scientific content for marketing materials including product brochures, posters, scientific reviews, and promotional flyers

- Develop and update content for company and product websites. Knowledge of SEO tools would be an advantage

Operating Network:

External: KOLs, Senior management of key hospital accounts

Internal: Interface with key functions including COO's Office, Clinical Development, Science & Technology, Commercial, Business Strategy.

Educational Qualifications & Experience:

- MBBS/ MS/ MPharm/ MD/ PHD + MBA with 10+ years of experience in marketing high value products, and experience working in a complex, fast paced organization

- Expertise in oncology/ rare diseases space is required

- Demonstrated experience in managing conferences, digital (websites and mobile applications) and social media communications

- Knowledge of design thinking will be an advantage

Key Attributes:

- Needs to be self-driven and take full ownership of assigned tasks and be able to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills

- Excellent time management, organization, negotiation, problem solving and interpersonal skills

- Needs to display high levels of energy and enthusiasm

- Expert knowledge of MS Office
