Job Responsibilities :

Internal Communication & Events:

- Work across departments to understand internal communication requirements

- Get the communication created and ensure timely delivery

- Work closely with Employee engagement team to build internal properties that add value to employees

- Explore various internal communication channels and measure their effectiveness

- Ensure brand compliance in all the communication pieces delivered

- Manage internal events - ideation to delivery of marketing requirements

- Content creation

Brand Building:

- Monitor brand health periodically

- Work with stakeholders and work closely to identify and influence customers to improve brand health

- Create brand campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and improving the health

- Manage rebranding-related activities from time to time
