Marketing Automation Specialist
KPI :
- Measurable contribution to sales, revenue and achievement of other key digital and marketing performance indicators that demonstrate tangible business impact and growth by acquiring new customers and building repeat business.
- To strategize, design, deliver and manage compelling digital customer experiences, including mobile first creatives and campaign landing pages via Marketing Automation platform.
- Manage lead campaigns end to end, with knowledge of audience, brand, thought leadership, targeting and segmentation strategies, messaging, positioning, creative & content mapping
- Act as a subject matter expert on audience data and segmentation to deliver highly targeted, personalized campaigns that focus producing exceptional results in lead generation, sales enablement, and customer lifecycle marketing.
- Ensure the digital journeys deliver superior customer experience to prospects & existing customers via Conduct continuous A/B testing between/in campaigns
- Through platform reports & Google Analytics ; analyzing user behavior, draw insights from these numbers and use the same in campaign journeys & communications
- Understand the marketing funnel for the business and effective format/channels for each stage of the funnel
- Influence marketing, brand and content teams to develop the right content and collaterals that are channel specific for campaign execution
- Work closely with designers & content specialists to curate the collaterals which give better open rates, CTR%, leads and sales.
- Create daily/weekly/monthly dashboards, analyze campaign performance and publish the same
- Proactively research and implement the latest best practices & strategies
- To analyze data & identify areas of improvement which will have a positive impact on customer acquisition
- To manage the interface between Business and Technology
- Develop outstanding marketing programs that can be executed through multiple marketing channels (email, direct mail, webinars, social/blog, podcasts)
- Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize how we target accounts to drive increased adoption.
