We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist / Manager in the areas of non Technical space of Trading / Hedge Fund / Capital Markets / Investment Banking space
This position is responsible for identifying top tier talent across India.
Role and responsibilities:
- Drive full-cycle recruitment activities for non-technical investment banking positions, including scoping, sourcing, screening, assessing/interviewing, and negotiating offers.
- Implement creative recruiting strategies to create a qualified and diverse candidate pool.
- Engage with the external talent pool network to attract talent from passive sources,
- Champion a positive candidate experience, ensuring each candidate feels positive in their interaction in applying for one of our roles
- Identify opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency by adopting standards using tools and processes that accelerate the speed and effectiveness of recruiting.
- Use data to drive outcomes - gather and share market information and trends with the Talent Acquisition team and business stakeholders, allowing your group to make more informed decisions
- Coach and guide Hiring Managers to draft competencies and make well-considered diligent hiring decisions,
Mandatory skills:
- Expertise in Investment Banking hiring for fast paced and Large Investment Banking companies and Shared Services
- Expertise in the end to end recruitment cycle.
- Experience using and adapting multiple sourcing strategies to meet the needs of complex recruitment activities
- Experience with various sourcing methods and tools.
- Coordinate seamlessly with managers, interviewers, and team members throughout the hiring process.
- Take ownership, follow-through, be self-sufficient and deliver quality within timelines.
