Job Description:
- Responsible for organizational branding across campuses. Conceptualizing and running various new initiatives to engage students.
- Responsible for end to end Lateral recruitment.
- Involved in complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
- Administer all campus recruitment; prepare appropriate strategies for all campus events and interview processes.
- Collaborate with recruiting teams and provide support to all recruitment activities and ensure best practices.
- Maintain knowledge on all market attributes and assist departments to prepare long term recruitment strategies.
- Responsible for developing annual hiring plans, campus calendar, shortlisting of campuses by assessing target universities' performance.
- Will work with internal marketing team to define and communicate employer branding.
- Engaging leadership participation in campus branding events to make an impeccable impact.
