Learning & Organisational Development Specialist
Scope:
- To define and implement corporate OD and learning strategies, plan and policies which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the organization's strategic plan.
- The role will be responsible for leading, overseeing, developing and maintaining training programs aligned to reginal needs and commercial initiatives.
- The individual in this role would collaborate with Head HR and various department to assess training needs and to develop and deliver training solutions.
- Maintain training roadmap tied to employee retention through Talent Engagement, career path, succession planning, and more importantly to build a training process which will be a part of Organization culture
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision, manage own time and deliveries and priorities effectively.
- Previous exp in L&OD development in regulated business (Retail Industry) is highly desired.
- Ability to understand bigger picture and context and how activities and deliveries contribute to overall initiative and project objectives.
- Strong project management skills with an ability to manage time and prioritize to meet deadline.
- Strong ability to deliver and execute learning plans, strong organizational skills.
- Strong presentation skills, especially in virtually meeting.
- Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
Education: MBA from Premier Institute/ Certified Professional
