Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Learning Management System (LMS) and Content Development Specialist to join our banking client in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our LMS, creating engaging AI content , and ensuring effective training delivery and reporting. This role requires close collaboration with various business and functional stakeholders, as well as coordination with external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

LMS Management:

- Manage the repository of LMS records, specifically the GCUBE records.

- Oversee the end-to-end management of the AFLEX Learning Management System.

Content Creation and Management:

- Develop new content, including AI-based materials.

- Upload and organize various content types such as podcasts, byte-size videos, knowledge nuggets, and good reads.

- Build a comprehensive repository of learning content.

- Create internal communication materials, including newsletters, podcasts, and videos.

- Develop in-house training modules on relevant subjects.

Training and Coordination:

- Plan and create training batches and calendars.

- Manage classroom attendance and collect feedback.

- Track e-learning completion and coverage.

- Drive e-learning engagement, ensuring man-days targets are met twice a month.

- Liaise with business and functional stakeholders to build and customize training modules.

- Coordinate with external partners for additional content creation needs.

Data and Reporting:

- Manage MIS and generate comprehensive reports to track training progress and outcomes.

Support Functions:

- Provide support for Rewards and Recognition (R&R) programs.

- Assist with Achievement and Career Planning (ACP) activities.

- Support audit processes and ensure compliance with relevant standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Expertise in instructional design.

- Experience with authoring tools for AI-based content creation.

- Strong organizational and project management skills.

- Prior experience in the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) domain is preferred.
