We are looking for a Learning & Development /Training specialist for a retail giant based out of Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities :
- Partner with key stakeholders like BUHR, Managers, Department & function heads and Senior Leadership in identifying and capturing of learning needs in an annual, quarterly and ad-hoc interval.
- Analysis of Learning needs identified to identify and establish learning outcomes and goals
- Design of Learning intervention, solutions to help business in meeting these learning goals
- Deployment and Delivery of the learning intervention
- ROI, Impact and Feedback analysis using Kirkpatrick framework to establish program efficacy
- Customising of content, design and solution basis feedback and inputs from impact analysis
- Supervise and monitor execution of Learning programs and interventions through external consultants and partners where applicable
- Supervise execution of Learning Intervention logistics and implementation to ensure optimum learner experience
- Facilitate on a need basis functional & behavioral skills programs for Junior Management and IC
Requirement
1. MBA with at least 2 years of experience in Learning & Development.
2. Good communication and proactive thinker.
