Brief Job Responsibilities:

- Identify training needs, recommending and implementing solutions, and evaluating and measuring effectiveness.

- Lead the development and continuous improvement of a comprehensive training strategy ensuring strategic alignment of learning & development with business goals.

- Conduct assessments and analyses to define performance, skill and knowledge gaps and recommend training and development to drive individual and company-wide capability and performance improvement.

- Develop, deploy and monitor the annual training calendar to achieve planned annual development plans.

- Design and develop training programs by partnering with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training and development objectives.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive communication strategy for training and development programs.

- Establish and maintain individual and organizational performance evaluation methods for training content, delivery, activities, engagement and outcomes. Utilize metrics to validate knowledge transfer and return on investment (ROI).

- Ensures the maintenance of training records and score reports on individual and group progress using common tools and systems

- Managing the allocated budget and an ability to find solutions in order to implement the required training

- Help Sales Managers / Business Heads in developing their team members through career pathing

- Assess the success of development plans and help employees make the most of learning opportunities

- Liaising with internal stake holders and external companies to review our existing E-Learning App offering better technical integration that meets the needs of business

- Liaise in creating/developing more employee engagement programs in retail sales linking to the business performance.

Skills, Knowledge and Experience Required:

- Degree/Master level Education, preferably in Learning Management, Human Resource Development or a related field

- 5-7 years of learning and development experience including developing, implementing, and delivering training

- Strong consultative approach

- Solid knowledge of learning & development methodologies and the training value chain (assessment, design, development, delivery, measurement)

- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills

- Must have worked on e-learning tools, MS Office
