Specialist - Learning & Development - Manufacturing Firm

We are looking for (Learning & Development expert for one of our fastest growing Steel manufacturing client.

Role: L&D Specialist (Learning & Development)

Experience - 3-6 Years in the L&D role.

Qualification - MBA-HR

Location: Hazira (Surat-Gujarat)

Key Responsibilities:

- Identifying the training needs (TNI) in collaboration with stakeholders.

- Identifying the learning partners/vendors (both internal & external) in alignment with the identified TNI.

- Preparing training calendar and ensuring training delivery in coordination with involved stakeholders.

- Designing and evaluating training content.

- Handling training logistics as per the requirements.

- Preparing MIS reports and maintaining the training data & records.
