- Design and implement learning and development strategy; and deliver organisation wide learning events, trainings and solutions - Own all stages of the learning lifecycle including tool identification, curriculum design, content development, delivery support, measurement and maintenance - Create a robust process and framework for identifying learning needs to base learning curriculum - Build and support tools that align with the learning strategy, learning experience platform, including learning pathways, course catalogues, etc - Facilitation of culture, organisational development and values. - Apply change management best practices across all initiatives that impact people and culture - Design, prepare, analyse and report learning evaluation metrics - Maintain knowledge of industry trends in global talent development - Partner with HRBPs and leadership to provide insights on talent using data and analytics to support business leaders; prioritise talent programs and initiatives - Own the HRIS talent modules Requirements: - 5 - 8 years' experience of training/ development/ learning. - Understanding of learning frameworks and processes, content creation, knowledge of setting up Learning Management System - Passionate in the Learning and Development space - Learning agility, creative thinking and problem solving - Technology savvy - advanced knowledge of google suite, excel etc - Focused on results and outcomes
