What we look for : - Graduate / Post Graduate with minimum 4 - 7 years' experience in identifying Technology trainers in the market and coordinating relevant training - Should have hands-on experience for at least 3 years, working with employees from some of these backgrounds - Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Scala; Machine Learning, DevOps, Data Science, etc. - Proven ability to run end-to-end training cycle - Hands-on exposure to traditional and modern training models, methods & techniques - Hands-on experience in maintaining Training MIS - Should be excellent in MS Office - Strong analytical and logical problem-solving skills - Detail oriented; and excellent communication, organizational, people management and project management skills
