Specialist - Learning & Development - Conglomerate

We are looking for candidates who have good exposure to Learning & Development.

The opening is with one of the leading Conglomerate.

Location: Mumbai

- Design & Delivery Learning Programs

- Design programs in partnerships with internal & external partners in line with the learning strategy

- Create a learning program strategy

- Drive effectiveness of learning programs through interventions at various stages of learning design, delivery and post program initiatives.

_ Design and delivery of key leadership development programs for mid to senior level leaders.

- Understand business strategy and linked capability development requirements of allocated allied businesses.

- Work with L&D partners across businesses for program planning and with internal teams on branding & communication of key programs.
