As a Specialist in Learning & Development, this position will play a pivotal role in enhancing ourorganizational capabilities through the strategic implementation of L&OD initiatives acrossdifferent plants. This position will be key in driving employee development, fostering a cultureof continuous learning, and ensuring the successful rollout of various L&D interventions.

- Collaborate with all plants to conduct comprehensive Training Needs

- Assessments (TNAs), identifying skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities through skill matrix.

- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and initiatives tailored to address identified learning needs, utilizing adult learning principles and innovative methodologies.

- utilize the Kirkpatrick Model to evaluate the impact and effectiveness of training programs, analyzing results and making data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

- Administer and manage the Learning Management System (LMS), overseeing course content, user experience, and reporting functionalities.

- Lead knowledge management efforts by creating, organizing, and maintaining a repository of learning resources, training materials, and best practices.

- Create engaging and interactive training content that cater to diverse learning styles, ensuring knowledge transfer and skill enhancement.

- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, plant managers and officials, and crossfunctional teams to ensure seamless integration of L&OD initiatives into plant operations.

- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in L&D, introducing innovative approaches to enhance the overall learning experience.
