As a Trainer, you will play a key role in designing and delivering a comprehensive Talent Management framework to develop and retain top talent. You will be responsible for identifying and developing talent pools, managing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and delivering training sessions to enhance employee capabilities and overall performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Needs Identification (TNI): Develop and implement methodologies to identify learning and development needs aligned with organizational goals and leadership requirements.
- Training Plan Development: Collaborate with leadership to create and execute training plans, coordinating internal and external trainers to ensure timely delivery.
- Trainer Coordination & Content Management: Identify and manage trainers; ensure training content (induction, technical, and soft skills) is up-to-date and aligned with business needs.
- Succession Planning: Design and implement a framework to identify high-potential employees, developing their career paths through IDPs for leadership roles.
- Training Process Tracking & ROI: Track training progress, maintain records, and analyze ROI by reviewing pre- and post-training data. Generate MIS as needed.
Experience:
- 8-10 years of experience in training delivery, talent management, and learning & development.
- Proven experience in designing learning solutions, succession planning, and training needs assessments (TNA/TNI).
- Experience in classroom and virtual training delivery and training plan execution.
Education:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or a related field.
- Advanced certifications in training, talent management, or instructional design (e.g., CIPD, ATD, SHRM) are a plus.
