Job Description:
- Plan, execute and operationalize development/ learning programs and processes that support Deloitte professionals performance and growth in technology
- Create and review deliverables for accuracy and quality
- Assist in the creation and development of various learning programs and training experiences leveraging your experience in L&D design, to help Deloitte personnel develop the capabilities and knowledge needed to grow as a technologist at Deloitte
- Participate in or lead learning project teams to build positive, collaborative partnerships among a diverse set of cross-functional business and talent stakeholders, SMEs and peers
- Collaborate across teams to plan and deliver a seamless experience
- Demonstrate initiative in gathering feedback and data from practitioners, improving learning and development programs, and constantly moving learning to the next level.
- Actively work towards improving learner engagement and learning experience: monitoring and improvement leveraging your experience in L&D design/ instructional design
- Use critical thinking skills to conduct data analysis, identify trends, correlate with other factors and recommend solutions to complex problems
- Use data throughout the solution development lifecycle to distill insights, observe program delivery, collate feedback and work on re-designing elements impacting participant experience, curriculum, content, facilitation experience, facilitation skills
- Contribute to remote teamwork across geographies
- Confidently raise issues and risks, and manage-up to drive achievement of desired business outcomes
- Contribute to an inclusive, high-performing team culture
- Maintain an active curiosity about the latest trends in the technology training landscape (including competitor actions regarding their own technology academies)
Qualifications, Skills and Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree At least 6 years of related professional experience
- Demonstrated project and program management experience: L&D Designing, instructional designing, organization, managing and analyzing data, keeping multiple and simultaneous tasks/projects on track
- Ability to bring forth an innovative point of view based on L&D design and instructional design principles
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to communicate effectively and credibly, both verbally and in writing, with audiences at all management levels and across teams
- Ability to work autonomously and effectively in a fast-paced, complex, multi-tasking hybrid environment
Proficient Microsoft Office skills :
- In Excel, aggregate data, conduct complex analysis, and display results visually
- In PowerPoint, translate data into insights and tell a logically structured, succinct, and compelling story tailored to your audience that conveys clear, actionable recommendations
- In Word, create clear, concise communications with a user-friendly layout conducive to cognition
Preferred:
- Experience working in a learning and development organization
- especially in the space of instructional designing related to technology learning
- Experience in overall training process management, learning strategy and design (especially for technology-related programs), vendor management, project management, cross-border stakeholder management, financial management
- Prior experience in working in L&D of IT organizations
- Prior consulting or professional services experience
- Strong orientation towards and understanding of contemporary technology trends in general, and technology related training in particular
