Learning and Development Specialist
Job Description:
Content Creation & Design:
- Develop engaging, high-quality learning materials tailored to HPE's specific training requirements.
- Design visually appealing and interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and instructional resources.
- Ensure that all L&D content is consistent with HPE's branding and quality standards.
L&D Process Optimization:- Collaborate closely with HPE stakeholders to understand training objectives and align content development accordingly.
- Streamline existing L&D processes at HPE to facilitate the efficient delivery and tracking of learning initiatives.
- Implement best practices for content creation, instructional design, and learner engagement.
Stakeholder Management:- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all L&D-related inquiries within the HPE RPO project.
- Work collaboratively with HPE's HR, talent acquisition teams, and subject matter experts to identify and address learning needs.
Data-Driven Approach:- Assess the effectiveness of training content through learner feedback and performance metrics.
- Continuously enhance content based on feedback and emerging trends in learning and development.
- Working in a virtual environment with matrix reporting structure.
