Job Description:


Content Creation & Design:


- Develop engaging, high-quality learning materials tailored to HPE's specific training requirements.

- Design visually appealing and interactive e-learning modules, presentations, and instructional resources.

- Ensure that all L&D content is consistent with HPE's branding and quality standards.

L&D Process Optimization:

- Collaborate closely with HPE stakeholders to understand training objectives and align content development accordingly.

- Streamline existing L&D processes at HPE to facilitate the efficient delivery and tracking of learning initiatives.

- Implement best practices for content creation, instructional design, and learner engagement.

Stakeholder Management:

- Serve as the single point of contact (SPOC) for all L&D-related inquiries within the HPE RPO project.

- Work collaboratively with HPE's HR, talent acquisition teams, and subject matter experts to identify and address learning needs.

Data-Driven Approach:

- Assess the effectiveness of training content through learner feedback and performance metrics.

- Continuously enhance content based on feedback and emerging trends in learning and development.

- Working in a virtual environment with matrix reporting structure.

- Go Getter with 100% Cx accountability and deliverables.

- Willing to learn and adapt to the changing landscape of RPO business.
