Job Description :

Primarily to lead the specialist functions within HR, and partner on strategic initiatives.

Guide and build competencies of the Training team on :

- Own and guide the learning and development annualized training programs and ensure executed efficiently.

- Liaise with Business Partner HRs & Line Managers to develop and implement development programs that are appropriate for their business needs.

- Guide the team to Develop, Deliver, and Evaluate skills and performance of managers and leaders meet the organisation's current and future requirements.

- Participate in Vendor evaluation selection and manage ongoing relationships with external consultants and trainers.

- Guide the team to Design First line mangers & experienced managers development program and ensure effective delivery.

- Organisation's leadership, learning and development initiatives as per business need.

- Identify, facilitate, roll-out & anchor intervention within GSC to anchor Company Way, improve productivity, drive performance culture and support work environment that enables and empowers employees.

Guide and build competencies of the Internal Communication SPOC on :

- Overall internal communications activities for all company initiatives

- Review and overview of internal employee portal.

- Manage communications programs that increase the awareness and favorable image of the company among its current and prospective employees and the local community

- Highlight communication of GSC Support initiatives and work on delivery of key messages

- Liaise with Line of Business to manage high quality, effective communication activities and campaigns aligned to the HR Communications Strategy.

Guide and build competencies of the Talent Acquisition Team on :

- Define & Manage Talent Acquisition Strategy for GSC.

- Provide consultation to hiring manager, analyse and come with recommendations for strategies for effective and efficient processes.

- Guide the team on optimizing the efforts with best practices, and effective means of Talent Acquisition.

- Come up with branding and candidate experience across the hiring spectrum.

- Participate and recommend vendors for empanelment and partners for hiring needs.

Provide support to the HR Director on Strategic HR and organizational projects :

- Participate in specific projects as determined in the annual HR operational plan and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives.

- Projects in scope are implementation of Recruit, leveraging social media to recruit, employer branding

- Collaborate with HR team members and key stakeholders to identify, develop and continuously enhance programs, policies and processes to support organizational strategy and HR objectives
