Lead Generation Specialist - India/APAC
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 1 - 3 years
MUST-HAVES:
- Experience in B2B market- 6 or 8 months
- Well versed with the SAAS platform
- Minimum 6 months Cold calling experience
- Minimum 6 months Lead Generation experience
- Well versed with the inside sales process
Responsibilities :
- Generate sales opportunities through targeted outbound campaigns
- Use a strong researched backed, consultative approach in prospecting to develop high-quality sales qualified leads
- Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and the sales team
- Report to sales development manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- 1 - 3 years of experience with a Bachelor's/Master's degree is preferred
- Prior experience in outbound B2B tech sales development / inside sales roles (experience in saas sales preferred)
- Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales organization
- Should have the ability to talk to C-Suite executives
- Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, coupled with excellent listening skills and a positive and energetic phone presence
