We are currently seeking experienced IT/ Tech Recruiters (Immediate Joiners) for our client, a [US MNC]. The ideal candidate will be an engineering graduate with a strong background in sourcing and hiring for various technical roles within / for software product firms.
Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and recruit candidates for technical positions.
- Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and documentation in recruitment databases.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage stakeholders' expectations and provide regular updates on recruitment progress.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices for candidate evaluation and selection.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- MBA with Engineering graduate(preferred) with 7-10 years of experience in technical recruiting, with a focus on hiring for software product firms. Technical recruiters with experience in hiring for Tier 1 product firms will be preferred for the role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for technical positions within software product firms.
- Ability to interpret job descriptions and requirements to accurately identify candidate qualifications.
- Experience maintaining recruitment trackers and databases.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with end-to-end recruitment processes and best practices.
