- We are seeking a dynamic and high-performing IT Sales Specialist to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- You will play a critical role in keeping our product innovative and competitive while maximizing the potential of our sales team.
- This role involves crafting strategic sales plans, building strong client relationships, and presenting key metrics and forecasts to upper management.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Management: Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strategic Business Planning: Design and implement a strategic business plan to expand the customer base and strengthen the product's market presence.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by addressing their concerns and gathering timely feedback.
- Reporting & Forecasting: Present regular reports on sales, revenue, expenses, and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Market & Competition Analysis: Stay informed about emerging markets, industry shifts, new products, and competitive strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering teams to determine the best technical implementation methods and align execution schedules with timelines.
- Process Improvement: Identify ongoing opportunities to enhance efficiency, usability of tools, and evaluate new functionalities to bridge gaps.
- Workflow Optimization: Develop a deep understanding of user workflows and KPIs to suggest key improvements to the existing technological framework.
- Additional Duties: Perform other relevant tasks as assigned to contribute to the company's goals.
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Mechanical Engineering.
- MBA with a specialization in Sales & Marketing, Logistics, SCM, or Mechanical Engineering.
- Prior experience in IT Sales (preferably in SaaS sales) is a strong plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers
