Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Relationship Management:

- Prospect and qualify leads for our educational technology products and solutions.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Deliver informative presentations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our offerings.

- Close deals and exceed sales targets for assigned territories.

- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Technical Skills & Sales Support:

- Possess a strong understanding of educational technology products and solutions.

- Utilize your technical knowledge to answer customer questions and provide basic technical support.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the educational technology industry.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in inside sales or a related role.

- Experience in selling educational technology products or solutions is a plus.

- Strong understanding of the educational technology industry and its current trends.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build strong relationships and develop rapport with clients.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.

- Excellent time management skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
