About the Role: - We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Import & Export Specialist to join our team in Hadapsar, Pune. - In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the seamless flow of goods through international trade channels. - You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the import and export processes, while also providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: - Manage import logistics, including customs clearance, documentation, and freight forwarding. - Oversee export processes, ensuring adherence to regulations and timely shipment of goods. - Communicate effectively with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs officials, and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations. - Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving import/export-related issues promptly. - Maintain accurate records and documentation for all import and export activities. - Stay up-to-date on international trade regulations and shipping practices. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or a related field (Master's degree a plus). - Minimum 4+ years of experience in import and/or export operations. - Strong understanding of import/export procedures, customs regulations, and international trade documentation. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. - Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines consistently. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience with import/export software (a plus). - Knowledge of Incoterms (a plus)
