Overview:
- We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be a skilled HR professional with a strong understanding of HR processes and procedures.
- You will play a critical role in supporting our HR team by providing administrative support, managing employee data, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Responsibilities:
HR Administration:
- Process employee paperwork, including new hire paperwork, terminations, and changes in employment status.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Assist with benefits administration, including enrollment, changes, and terminations.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Recruitment and Onboarding:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and assigning mentors.
Employee Relations:
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with employee relations matters, such as performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Prepare and submit required HR reports and documentation.
Data and Record Keeping:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS systems.
- Enter data into HR systems and generate reports as needed.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
