Human Resources Specialist Diversity & Inclusion (Early Joiners)
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Tools and partners for increasing diversity in talent pipelines (university & in-market)
- Form relationships that promote diversity and the employer brand.
- In collaboration with regional recruiters and IDG members, manage conference events.
- Establish best practises for diversity sourcing and recruitment, including training certifications
- Recommend regional recruiting training and certification standards and keep track of them.
- Share your knowledge with recruiters all across the world.
- As needed, provide assistance and updates to IDGs.
- Create and manage candidate feedback, and use data to inform decisions and actions.
- Be in charge of and maintain the internal Diversity Recruiting page for maximum visibility.
Desired Profile :
- Ability to utilise HR practises and tactics to boost talent representation and recruitment
- BS/BA degree, postgraduate degree preferred;
- 5+ years of relevant recruiting, talent acquisition, or talent development experience
- Ability to communicate and form connections with personnel at all levels across several geographies;
- Proven collaboration abilities with the ability to give value added advisory service;
- Strong project management and communication skills;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Ability to assert and influence without direct authority in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing workplace
- Willingness to travel to different locations
