Main Duties & Responsibilities :
- Support in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and provide ongoing reporting to corporate HR & OD according to company requirements.
- Participate in developing and executing HR procedures and policies.
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, as needed.
- Consult regularly with management and corporate HR/OD to provide HR guidance to employees
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances
- Administer benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs in coordination with corporate HR & OD.
- Ensure legal compliance of HR regulations and applicable employment law.
- Suggest new procedures and policies to improve the efficiency of the HR activity within the business unit and to improve the employee experience.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals
- Support in the planning and organization of training and development programs to support the organization's initiatives.
- Be the primary backup for HR governance processing, including; monthly updates to employee files, payroll, joiners, movers leavers, and benefit changes.
- Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of team member's guidebook, HR policies, employee experience, and engagement.
- Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field.
- Master's degree and HR certification is a plus (SHRM or CIPD)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in multiple human resource disciplines, including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, recruitment, and respective employment laws.
