The People Experience Specialist /Manager role will play a critical role in ensuring we develop, excite and retain specialized talent essential for delivering high-quality services to clients. The incumbent will also act as a trusted advisor and first point of contact for the global leaders.
1. Compliance and Policy Implementation: Ensuring HR practices, policies, and procedures comply with the local labor laws and regulations.
2. Staffing: Supporting the staffing of the right member on the right engagement. Will require understanding of the strengths and expertise of individual team members. This will be a global role and will involve staffing of members based out of global locations.
3. Compensation & Benefits: Supporting the leaders on all compensation related aspects - getting comp benchmarking done, proposing compensation packages for new hires, ensuring that benefits and rewards are aligned with the industry standards and meet the needs of specialists.
4. Joining and Onboarding: Support Talent Acquisition team in overseeing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition and integration into the firm. This will involve working with local HR and other departments to facilitate a comprehensive onboarding experience.
5. Learning & Growing: Together with the Global Learning team, designing and implementing specialized bespoke training learning programs to continuously develop the skills.
Identifying key areas for growth and creating opportunities for upskilling or cross-skilling to meet evolving client needs.
