We are currently looking for an HR Systems & OD Specialist position for one of the largest Business Conglomerates in India, to be based at their HO in Bangalore.

Role :
HR Strategy Development & Deployment : Understand business priorities and deploy appropriate OD and HR strategies to achieve the desired objectives in consultation with Senior Business Leadership.
Organizational Design and Effectiveness : Uses existing frameworks and tools to assess the efficiency of the organization's structure, people, capabilities and consult with key stakeholders on improving organizational effectiveness.
Facilitate and lead Change :
- Understands various change processes currently being driven as a part of the organization's strategy and develop change management project plans, own and drive them across the organization/ SBG.
- Proactively communicate the change initiative-its rationale, expected results and way forward to impacted parties. Anticipates concern/resistance factors and takes proactive measures to address the same to gain employee-buy in.
- Work in areas such as HR Systems & Processes (Assessment & Development Centre, Individual Development Plan, Leader Coaching, Career Transition, etc)
Creating and developing modules on Coaching, Organisational Transformation, Change management, Leadership Development and Effective Business Communication.
- Worked closely to identify Leadership Competencies .
- Developed a Leadership competency framework and integrated it with key HR processes like Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, Career Planning etc.
- Responsibly for driving the Capability building / Knowledge transfer and Learning processes through various channels.
- Measuring and Tracking Employee Engagement
Experience :
- Should preferably have good experience of handling OD, HR Strategy, and Development of HR Systems and Processes. Experience in a premier manufacturing / Consulting organization will be a big advantage. Experience ranging between 5- 8 yrs is preferred.
Educational Qualification :
Graduate with Diploma / Masters (MBA/ PGDM) in HRM from a reputed B School like TISS/ XLRI/ Symbiosis, etc
Location : Bangalore
Salary : Best among the industry (Could Range around Rs.17.0-20.0 Lpa)
