HR Specialist delivering end to end HR Process design & standardization - Reports into HR Process Excellence Manager.
Note : This is Fixed-term assignment for the period of 6 month after this may extend also
Key Responsibilities :
- Design and implementation of end to end HR processes across HR working closely with other relevant functions.
- Facilitate global and local HR process meetings and workshops.
- Document HR Processes and linked documentation such as process maps and Standard Operating Procedures .
- Deliver continuous process improvement across HR Processes
- Process and change support for transition of HR processes to Shared Services
- Identify and deliver Change Management activities for HR, Employees and Line Managers as part of process changes/transition to Shared Services. (e.g. Change Impact Assessments, comms & training materials)
