Job Purpose : We are hiring a qualified HR Operations Specialist for overseeing and managing all operations of our HR department and for providing support to the company's employees.
As an HR Operations Specialist you will help champion new and evolved processes, partnering closely with the HR team to promote a smooth and positive employee experience, data integrity across systems, and a problem solving mindset.
Key responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing HR practices, policies, processes, and systems in a multi-state (Global) environment
- Partner closely with the HR to support people programs
- Participate, contribute, and lead the proactive review and implementation of process improvements
- Maintain employee data, including processing changes, auditing the data, and supporting future self-service initiatives
- Support HR systems by identifying process improvements, assisting with updates and testing new features
- Addressing employees- queries
- Recommending software for addressing the needs of employees (e.g. performance review tools etc.)
- Reporting on costs incurred on HR operations
Skills and Qualifications:
Must Haves:
- Extremely high level of organization and attention to detail
- Proven work experience (Minimum 2 years) as an HR Operations Specialist or similar role
- Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
- Ability to develop clear and fair company policies
- Excellent analytical and decision-making abilities
- Team management skills

- Agility for quick learning
- Ability to meet deadlines

Employment Type : Full-Time/Permanent
Workdays : 5 days a week (Mon to Fri)
(Working Hours: Must be able to overlap 3-4 hours with US time zone, since our major stakeholders are based out of the US)
