Opening is with one of the leading Multinational frozen food company.
The role is responsible for ensuring execution of end to end HR Operations, majorly in National Payroll, Statutory Compliance, Managing the Employee Life cycle (Joining, confirmation & Exit), benefit programmes, Employee Engagement Activities, Developing HR Policies, Processes, systems, monitoring people cost and budgets.
Responsibilities :
- Managing Payroll for all Offices and liaison with vendors and Finance
- Compliance, Statutory and Labor compliance management for All Commercial Offices
- Compensation, Support in Annual Budget exercise and regularly tracking pend against budget
- Support and lead HR internal and external Audits
- Leading all Employee benefit Programmes, e:g- Insurance, EAP, etc
- HR Process Design, Development of HR Processes
- Policy Design Support in Developing HR Policies
- HR Services Effective and timely addressing employees queries and grievances
- Accurately and timely updating employee records and data in SAP. Audits to ensure data accuracy
- HR Projects Leading HR projects of Organization effectiveness, e:g Development of HR systems
- Preparing Monthly Reports Exit, Joining, HR Performance Score Card, Budget vs Actual Spend
- Personal File Updating and maintaining employee personal files.
- On boarding Joining Formalities and orientation for new employees, Ensuring Confirmations are done on or before time. Ensuring TAT based FNF for exiting employees
Qualification : MBA
Desired profile :
- Knowledge and working experience of Payroll Management, C&B, Statutory Compliance
- Working knowledge of SAP - HR Module / People Soft
