- Handling complete Employee Life cycle - Right from on-boarding to exit formalities.
- Responsible for new joinees induction and certification
- Ensure effective maintenance of employee records and HR Operations process improvement
- Payroll Management - Generate monthly employee masters from the HRIS system and send to payroll for effective payroll processing
- Handling day-to-day queries related to HRMS, Payroll, Insurance, Leaves, Policies, Employee Communication
- Handing Performance Improvement Program
- Collaborate with the leadership team on the formulation of key engagement strategies
- Participate in HR reviews with Business stakeholders.
- Prepare and maintain MIS on leave and attendance data for employees in the organization; Obtain leave and attendance data of employees in the regions and compile reports for payroll processing
- Conduct the full and final settlement process of exiting employees in the corporate office and ensure timely completion of all activities related to the same including the issue of experience certificates, PF transfer/withdrawals, coordination with other functions (IT, Finance), etc
