- Our mission is to transform the train travel experience for Bharat by offering services like Hotplate for ordering fresh food, Train ticket booking with an AI-powered recommendation engine, Confirm Guarantee for protection against Waitlist and RAC tickets, and Whatsapp Bot for checking PNR Status hassle-free.

About the Role:.

- We're looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resource Analyst to join our dynamic team and lead our people strategy.

- You'll play a crucial role in attracting, developing, and retaining top talent, ensuring a positive and productive work environment, and shaping our company culture.

Responsibilities:.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:.

- Strategize and Lead the recruitment process for all roles, from initial screening to onboarding.

- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the F&B and hospitality industries.

- Design and execute onboarding programs to ensure new hires are seamlessly integrated into the company culture.

Employee Development & Engagement:.

- Implement and manage performance management systems, including performance reviews and development plans.

- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through employee engagement initiatives and activities.

Compensation & Benefits:.

- Further develop and administer competitive compensation and benefits packages including accidental insurance benefits.

- Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

HR Operations & Administration:.

- Oversee all aspects of HR administration, including payroll, leave management, and employee relations.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation.

Culture & Communication:.

- Proactively build and maintain a strong company culture that aligns with our values and goals.

- Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to all employees.

Strategic HR Planning:.

- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic HR initiatives that support the company's growth and goals.

- Analyze HR data and trends to identify areas for improvement.

Qualifications:.

- Degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Must have minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in a HR and at least 2 years in a leadership role, within the F&B or hospitality/food and cloud kitchen industry.

- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

- Strong understanding of recruitment and selection best practices.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
