Designation: HR Specialist
Working as Individual contributor and report to Location HR lead
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Be a strong HR Business Partner to the Office leaders
- Support the location HR Manager on all people initiatives and practices for the Pune office
- Partner with other HR sub functions like recruiting, staffing, L&D to deliver seamless HR solutions to the business
- Lead the process of integrating new hires into the firm
- Support performance management process and initiatives around high performance
- Administer HR policies and put mechanisms to quickly respond to HR queries
- Analyze employee feedback from exit interviews, new hire check in- s, people forums, etc and help interpret the results
- Manage the labor compliance process for the Pune office
- Support internal Communications
Desired Profile:
- Proven track record of leading the HR function for an independent services firm or Business Unit with about 1000+ employees
- 7 to 9 years relevant HR experience. Work experience in a global professional services firm strongly preferred
- Bachelor's degree and a MBA from a premier institute with a strong academic background required
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task while working against stringent timelines
- Strong orator with good written communication skills. Should have the ability to create and lead presentations with large audience and to leadership teams
- Ability to drive consensus and bring things to closure. Should be able to independently navigate in ambiguous situations
- Attention to detail and commitment to get things done
- Strong team and people management skills
- Global exposure or experience of having worked in cross office teams
- Good sense of humor appreciated
