Work Days : Monday to Saturday (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
Job Description :
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative individual to join our team as specialist - Growth Marketing.- E commerce
- The ideal candidate is someone who possesses strategic thinking skills and has a keen interest in the startup ecosystem. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the founders across various initiatives, ranging from strategic planning and business outcomes to day-to-day operational activities.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and tech vendors to ensure timely project completion with desired outcomes.
- Assist founders in day-to-day operations, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
- Manage and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new growth opportunities.
- Devise an approach/analysis strategy (utilizing both data and qualitative insights) to uncover underlying trends and actions specific to a program.
- Gather, clean, and analyze data from diverse sources.
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions to address business challenges.
- Produce high-quality reports and derive actionable insights.
- Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
Eligibility :
- B.Tech degree is mandatory; B.Tech with an MBA will be preferred.
- Knowledge of D2C E-commerce market is important.
- Knowledge of Shopify, Digital marketing etc. are must.
- Minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in data analysis and Excel reporting.
- Strong analytical skills with a focus on data and numbers.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
