Role: Specialist - Financial Planning & MIS Reporting

Reporting to: Manager/ Senior Manager - Management Reporting

Desired Skills:

1. Excellent Conceptual & Analytical Skills, Proficient at Excel/ number crunching

2. Good interpersonal skills with demonstrated abilities in Customer relationship Management (Both internal as well as external) as well as managing and motivating teams

3. Problem solving supported by both in and out of the box thinking.

4. Excellent presentation skills.

5. Updated knowledge of latest statutes

Academic background: CA

Work experience: Post qualification upto 2 years - experience with strong analytical skills

Job description

MIS Preparation:

Preparation of Monthly business wise P&L

Preparing forecast/projections on a rolling basis

Preparation of Branch and Zone wise profitability reports

Department-wise costing with indirect allocations

Reporting:

Publishing of Reports showing Key Performance Indicators at the start of the month that include revenue per day, branch/head office expense per day

Preparation of Client type wise profitability reports B2B/B2C analysis

Publishing Daily ARPC reports showing indicators like active clients, average revenue per client. Type of client analysis

Financial Planning:

Budget Projections & Business Plans along with variance analysis

Involved in preparation of Company's Budget along with Business wise, Department wise reports

Variance analysis-monthly budget v/s forecast

Tracking Budget v/s Actual and forecasts on a monthly basis and reporting exceptions

Preparing department wise variance analysis against the budget and coordinating with the stakeholders for major variations
