- We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial individual to join our team to drive Campus Engagement, Placement and training for first year - The ideal candidate will identify and recruit top students, design and deliver training modules, and place them in management trainee or sales roles.

- The ideal candidate will have experience in campus recruitment and a passion for identifying and nurturing young talent.

- This role involves managing campus engagements, coordinating training programs, and facilitating the placement of students into management trainee and sales trainee roles.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage campus engagement to identify top talent

- Design and deliver training modules (classroom and field training)

- Anchor the management trainee program and placement

- Collaborate with institutes to source top students

- Handle campus recruitment and training logistics

- Place students in management trainee or sales roles

- Monitor and evaluate program effectiveness
