Job Description :


- This is an Employer Branding Specialist role in the fin-tech sector, where you'll lead efforts to showcase the organisation's distinct culture and attract top talent. Description:

The selected candidate will play a pivotal role in our fin-tech company's growth by taking on the following key responsibilities:

- Employer Branding Strategy: Devise and execute a comprehensive employer branding strategy aligned with our values and business objectives, showcasing our unique culture and opportunities.

- Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content for various platforms, such as social media, blogs, and videos, to communicate our brand story and attract potential candidates.

- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, HR, and Talent Acquisition, to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all touch points.

- Online Presence Enhancement: Manage and optimise our online presence on platforms like LinkedIn, Glass-door, and more, to effectively engage with our target audience.

- Community Management: Monitor and engage with comments, messages, and mentions on social media, fostering positive interactions and building a strong online community.

- Data Analysis: Utilise analytic tools to measure the effectiveness of branding efforts, derive actionable insights, and refine strategies accordingly.

- Employee Advocacy: Develop and lead initiatives to encourage employees to become brand advocates, empowering them to share their experiences and contribute to our narrative.

- Event and Campaign Management: Plan and execute employer branding events, webinars, workshops, and campaigns to attract, engage, and retain top talent.

- Innovation and Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, infusing fresh and innovative approaches into our branding strategies.

- Metrics Reporting: Regularly report on key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Profile:

- Proven experience (3-5 years) in employer branding, Talent acquisition, DEI or related roles.


- MBA from a tier I B school ( XLRI,TISS, MDI, SCMHRD,IIM)

- Exceptional storytelling skills with a knack for translating culture into compelling content.


- Proficiency in social media platforms, content creation, and data analytics.


- Strong project management abilities, with a focus on collaboration and meeting deadlines.


- Creative thinker with a passion for fin-tech and staying ahead of industry trends.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships both internally and externally.
