Specialist - Employee Relations
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of employee relations, including handling employee inquiries, concerns, and complaints.
- Conduct thorough investigations into workplace issues and grievances, ensuring fair and objective resolutions.
- Facilitate open communication between employees and management, fostering a culture of trust and transparency.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to promote employee satisfaction and loyalty.
- Draft various HR-related letters and documents, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Provide excellent customer service to internal clients (company HR teams) and external clients (employees).
- Stay updated on current HR trends and best practices in employee relations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (HR, Management) to ensure a comprehensive approach to employee relations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in employee relations or a similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of employee relations principles and best practices.
- Proven ability to effectively resolve workplace conflicts and mediate disputes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Customer service orientation with a focus on providing exceptional support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make sound decisions.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with HR software and knowledge of HR compliance is a plus
