Employee Engagement Specialist

- This position will work cross-functionally to assist with creating and executing on strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention. Working closely with HR promoting company culture and employee engagement through various programs including, but not limited to employee communications, onboarding, and recognition, wellness, and rewards programs.

- Help execute and deliver employee engagement services such as onboarding, local training delivery performance management, employee engagement and recognition programs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, support and maintain the employee engagement program initiatives that reinforce the company's goals and culture

- Assisting department leaders and local HR with developing plans to improve on all things related to employee engagement, recognition and retention

- Act as a Co's brand ambassador engaging with all levels of employees onsite

- Share insights and trends with key stakeholders to drive more effective / efficient HR customer service delivery

- Assist with the management and implementation of employee retention initiatives

- Other duties as assigned

Qualification And Experience:

i. 3-4 Years of relevant work experience in Employee Engagement.

ii. Knowledge and understanding of best employee engagement practices

iii. Familiarity with medium to large sized organizations and intricate structures/reporting lines

iv. Experience in setting up and introducing new employee engagement platforms

Technical Skills:

i. Designing and evaluating employee engagement surveys

ii. Excellent presentation skills

iii. Communication tools and databases

iv. Social Media content management

Cultural Competency:

i. The ability to lead through seeking diversity, fostering inclusion, and a passion to develop every single individual

Results Orientation:

i. A commitment to demonstrably improving team metrics. A positive, flexible, and proactive, hands-on with can-do approach
