Specialist - Digital Transformation - BFSI

Role

- The person will work with a leader in digital transformation projects for the Group. will work with business Leaders, and operating team members on the digital vision/strategy.create roadmap and implementation/execution of digital initiatives

- He/She will be a digital innovator, and should have experience in leading-edge digital technologies in today's businesses.

- The person is expected to work on projects across different companies/businesses of the Group, and create real, deep business metric led transformation for the group companies

- To create digital strategy and actual implementation and execution, Also working with dedicated teams from the group companies, and vendors

Background

- 5 - 7 years- experience in building digital solutions

- Preferred experience or exposure to Mobility/Performance Marketing/Growth Hacking

- Looking specifically at a background where person done some digital work with proven success

- Excellent communication skills, and ability to credibly converse with senior stakeholders
