About the job:
Responsibilities And Accountabilities:
- Manage product listings across our official website.
- Ensure legal compliance and adherence to stakeholders' contract agreements.
- Create and update product catalogs on D2C portals to enhance visibility and drive sales.
- Conduct regular inventory audits with warehouse teams to maintain accurate stock levels and ensure timely deliveries.
- Develop strategies to minimize Return to Origin (RTO) rates, improving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Optimize marketing campaigns to achieve a high Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS), closely monitoring performance metrics.
- Manage advertisements on Google, Instagram, Facebook, and Shopify to maximize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Coordinate social media postings across various platforms, providing insights for engagement optimization.
- Plan and execute direct-to-consumer (D2C) campaigns, including influencer marketing initiatives.
- Utilize Shopify and other custom website platforms to optimize the online shopping experience.
- Integrate website APIs, including payment gateways and WhatsApp Business, for seamless functionality.
- Collaborate with delivery partners like Delhivery, Shiprocket, Ecom Express, Xpressbees, Ecom Express, Shadowfax, Dotzot and others to streamline logistics operations.
- Implement measures to reduce RTO rates and enhance order fulfillment processes.
- Generate and analyze reports on order versus dispatch metrics to track performance.
- Oversee all aspects of the direct-to-consumer (D2C) business segment.
- Handle customer grievances promptly and effectively.
- Conduct thorough analysis of RTO reasons to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
