Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
- Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads for the sales team.
- Manage various online channels (SEO, SEM, social media, content marketing) to increase brand awareness and online presence.
- Create engaging content (blogs, social media posts, email campaigns) that captures audience interest and drives lead generation.
- Track and analyze campaign performance through data analytics to optimize strategies and maximize results.
Sales Support & Conversion:
- Qualify leads generated through digital marketing efforts, nurturing them through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide support with product/service knowledge and marketing materials.
- Develop and execute targeted outreach campaigns to convert leads into paying customers.
- Identify sales opportunities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
Analytical & Reporting:
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital marketing and sales activities.
- Generate comprehensive reports to identify areas for improvement and inform data-driven decision making.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and best practices to continuously improve strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing or sales (adjust years based on your needs).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices (SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing).
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
- Excellent communication, written and verbal, skills with the ability to create persuasive content and present information effectively.
- Proficient in digital marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc. ) and social media management platforms (a plus).
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit.
