A MadTech (Marketing & Advertising Technology) company in Bangalore. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with expertise in real estate marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning and executing digital campaigns, managing online brand presence, and driving lead generation through various digital channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Campaign Management:
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies tailored for real estate projects.
- Manage Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other paid marketing campaigns to generate quality leads.
- Optimize SEO, SEM, and PPC efforts to improve online visibility and ranking.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Social Media & Content Marketing:
- Create and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
- Develop email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client engagement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-quality graphics, videos, and blog content.
Lead Generation & Conversion Optimization:
- Drive lead generation efforts through targeted digital campaigns and remarketing strategies.
- Optimize landing pages and website content to improve conversions.
- Track and analyze customer behavior to refine marketing strategies.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and real estate market insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and stay ahead in the industry.
- Provide insights on emerging trends and customer preferences to enhance marketing efforts.
Skills & Qualifications Required:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, SEO, SEM, and PPC.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, CRM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
